Little Nemo Google Doodle

A lot of work has gone into Google’s latest Google Doodle which celebrates the 107th anniversary of Winsor McCay‘s ‘Little Nemo in Slumberland’.

Arrive at google.com (or any other Google homepage today and you’ll see the above, a nice little intro cartoon entitled ‘Little Nemo in Google-Land’. McCay was renowned for his cartoon strip ‘Little Nemo’ along with his animated series ‘Gertie the Dinosaur’.

“Nice, but nothing special,” you’re thinking. Yeah? Well try visiting Google and clicking that little down arrow under the cartoon…and again. Now again. Pretty neat, huh! Here’s the full cartoon strip for you (which, by the way, is animated if you go do visit!).
